Exchange & Return

We have a 3 business days return & exchange policy, which means you have 3 business days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Panty and nubra or nipples sticky pads are not allowed for return and exchange due to hygiene concern. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Refunds

We did not provide refund except there are no any sizes or items that can be exchanged to replace for you.

• Wash your bra with hand-washing gently
• Do not put into washing machine even though with bra washing bag
• Do not bleach your bra to avoid fading of colours
• Please wash the bra separately for the first-time washing to avoid colour contamination (especially darker colour)
• Do not brush your bra (with brusher) during washing process to protect the fabrication for lasting longer
• Do not squish your bra for any purposes
